- Since 2012. A friend taught Kundalini yoga classes, I wanted to try it and since then I have been pivoting through Hatha, Vinyasa and Asthanga yoga.
- Now I practice mainly Vinyasa and Hatha.
- Vinyasa and Hatha. My classes are both face-to-face in groups and private.
- I have been living in Switzerland for 11 years on the French side and a year ago I moved to the German side. I have been here for 12 years in total.
- Yes, I love it. It is an opportunity to focus on the student with more personalized attention and adapt to their pace, allowing more flexibility with the schedule and focusing on more specific objectives.
- Start with 5 minutes and gradually increase. Find a teacher near you.
I always say: Start with what you have and do what you can. Take your time and don't be pressured. Having fun is the best way to enjoy an activity.
