About me
My name is Stéphanie. I am a Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga teacher, a nurse and a mother. I have been practicing yoga for 12 years but it was not until 2020 that I traveled to India with the intention of soaking up the wisdom of yoga directly from the source.
This trip allowed me to deepen my knowledge of this ancient practice and together with other sports (such as skateboarding, surfing, jogging and calisthenics) have given me the necessary tools to flow in the different stages of life.
For me, yoga reminds me of my essence and my purpose, to flow with life, to know who I really am and how I can add value to others. It is a path of continuous learning and self-knowledge.
It takes patience and perseverance, but I assure you that you can experience the benefits of yoga sooner than you think. And have a good time on top of that.
